As the Quality and Compliance Manager, Steven is the lead on anything to do with ASQA and audit requirements. He also has his hand in the systems related activities of TQMS, thereby ensuring that the trainers have a smooth interaction with the students in the workplace through our customised software.

Steven is British but was born and raised in Germany, the UK and Hong Kong before emigrating to New Zealand and finally to Australia.

He worked in a commercial analytical chemistry laboratory before studying Mechanical Engineering, then opted for a career change working in the service industry followed by seven years in the private health sector.

When Steve is not at work, he has his hands full with a bunch of energetic children that keep him young.
